You must pay for your orientation session when you register. You will be instructed to go to What I Owe to make your payment. You may pay by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa or via eCheck.
For students who are attending Summer Orientation, if you qualify, your orientation charge will be automatically deferred and you will not need to pay when you register. You will see a notification in the registration system if your charge has been deferred. If your charge is deferred, your payment will be automatically deducted from your fall financial aid award. If your award is not sufficient to cover the orientation charge, you will need to pay any remaining balance by the first day of classes.

*If you attend Transfer Orientation (June/July sessions), you have the option to stay on campus during your session. The orientation charge with housing includes one night of lodging and a Meal Card worth $25.53. Your meal card expires at the end of your orientation session.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orientation space is limited, so it is important to try and keep the session that you sign up to attend. However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you must cancel at least 10 days in advance to receive a refund (at least six days for Spring and Summer School Orientation).
You will receive a refund check in the mail within two to four weeks of cancellation. If you do not cancel within the required time period, you will not receive a refund.
If you register to attend a June or July orientation and fail to attend (no show), the fees are non-refundable and can only be transferred to an August Orientation session.
You must register to attend August Orientation if you do not attend orientation in June or July. There are no cancellations or refunds for August Orientation. All students, including deferred, are responsible for any outstanding orientation charges.
